Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L612-1 and L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between the consumer and Maison Satinéa. The consumer must first have sent a written complaint to contact@maisonsatinea.fr and must not have obtained satisfaction within one year.
Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@maisonsatinea.fr. Maison Satinéa replies within 48 business hours.
Maison Satinéa is finalizing its membership with a consumer mediator approved by the Consumer Mediation Evaluation and Control Commission. The full contact details of this mediator — name, postal address and website — will be published here as soon as the membership is effective.
In the meantime, the consumer may report a dispute on signal.conso.gouv.fr, the platform of the Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control.
