Its limit, stated frankly: it only protects what rests on it. As soon as you move, some of the lengths return to the sheet. The bonnet, on the other hand, follows the head.
The detail that matters: the size. The 65 × 65 is the exact size of the French square pillow. The 50 × 75 is what the market calls Queen — we say so rather than dress it up: it is simply the only manufactured size that fits a 50 × 70 pillow properly. Measure yours before you order.

The detail that matters: a single duvet cover size, 200 × 200 cm, the one that fits a standard two-person duvet — a 140 × 190 bed. Measure your duvet before you order.

If your hair is fine, straight and short, nighttime friction costs you little. You can wear one for comfort, but do not expect a visible difference in your hair — only the pillowcase will still serve a purpose, for the skin.
We would rather write it here than let you find out after buying. Nighttime friction is felt more on very curly fibers — coily, kinky, curly hair — and on the lengths, the oldest and most fragile part of the hair.
